I-90 East of Snoqualmie Pass Construction Schedule

This page is updated every Friday with a week’s look ahead for construction-related delays on I-90 between North Bend and Ellensburg. If project information changes, this page will be updated accordingly.

Rock blasting closure schedule

  • No blast closures scheduled for this week.

During the closure eastbound traffic will be stopped at milepost 56 near Gold Creek and westbound traffic will be stopped at milepost 62 near Cabin Creek. During blasting closures, there are no services eastbound past Exit 53 or westbound past Exit 70.

North Bend Vicinity 
Mileposts: 34 - 52 

  • Friday, Oct. 13 - Friday, Oct. 20 - Drivers will experience delays due to eastbound lane closures in various locations between milepost 34 near North Bend to milepost 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass 24 hours a day. The westbound lanes will be reduced to two lanes through the same location.
  • Monday, Oct. 16 - The westbound lanes will be reduced to a single lane from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. between milepost 50 to 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass.

Snoqualmie Pass Vicinity
Mileposts: 57 - 69

  • Monday, Oct. 16 - Friday, Oct. 20 - Drivers will experience delays due to intermittent rolling slowdowns during the day in both directions. 

Cle Elum Vicinity
Mileposts: 87-97

  • Friday, Oct. 13 - Saturday, Oct. 14 - The westbound lanes will be reduced to a single from 9 p.m. Friday until 9 a.m. Saturday.
  • Monday, Oct. 16 - Wednesday, Oct. 18 - The westbound and eastbound lanes will be reduced to a single lane from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Ellensburg Vicinity

US 97 and the Dolarway Intersection Milepost 134 

  • Friday, Oct. 13 - Friday, Oct. 20 - The intersection at US 97 and Dolarway is in a roundabout configuration. Drivers need to make sure to turn right when entering the roundabout and yield to traffic already in the roundabout.
